Day 4 Highlights: Grade 4 and 5 students continued their Hidden Figures by completing their Space Shuttles. Students began preparing for next week’s study of stars, constellations, and galaxies. Pictures below.

After reading the Jack and the Beanstalk narrative, the students began Jack’s Golden Egg delivery challenge. Students had to design, problem solve, and construct a model to safely drop an egg from a given height.

Congratulations to the members of the Chilton ISD Pirate and Lady Pirate track team for representing well at Regionals. Congratulations to CJ Oliver for a 4th place finish in the 100m dash. Congratulations Mya Salinas for a 5th place finish in the 300m hurdles. And, finally, Vivian Griffin for a 5th place finish in the shot put.
